What is the meaning/purpose of Life?
November 14, 2010 in My Updates by brok1881

That I cannot tell you. For everyone in the world, the meaning and purpose is different. For me, it’s relaxation. Rest-assurance. Catching up. Catching my breath. Time and sleep are my enemies. Sleep takes up too much of my precious time. By saying that, I’m not trying to make it seem as if I don’t sleep. I do, about 8 hours a night. Any less, and I won’t wake up in the morning. I’m a rebel. Rebel’s don’t like alarm clocks. Maturity and past experience has made me appreciate the alarm clock a lot more.
I never have enough time. Whether I am attempting to get something done, put something off, there isn’t ever enough time left. I remember when I was a kid and a day would seem as long as a week, and a month….that felt like years. Today, I sneeze, and we’re halfway into next week. It’s crazy how intensely age can change the perspective of the entire world.
By all of this, I’m basically apologizing for neglecting my followers.
This coming week will be my last week on this temporary job, and I will get back to posting more regularly.

Shakespeare said about sleep: "ah, those delicious little slices of death"
As for myself; I sleep in the installment plan: 3-4 hrs from 10pm until 1am, then 4am-8am, and then a siesta: 1-2:30 in the afternoon. It works for me.
I suppose it is a sleep disorder that I acquired early in life when I was awakened to go to work at my father's bakery at two every morning.
Then later on I spent nine years working from 6pm until 6am…that reinforced it.
Good post.

Time is Time, was Time's Past. My 5th Grade English Teacher had that atop the chalk board in class. You make time to do anything you want to do, need to do, have to do.
Time Management, Money Management, Personal Activities Management all take up some slice of our time every day. Maybe making a list of accomplishments may be of help.
Sleep, like eating, thirst, sexual drive, seeking shelter are all pretty basic human activities. Avoiding danger, harm, injuries are other.
I view sleep as much of a necessity to live as anything else I have listed. Never a waste of my day or time and I also get somewhere around 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day. What I do know is that if you do not get the right amount of sleep that you require, you get sick, you feel bad and sooner or later either you do it right or things become really bad for you. Sort of like jet lag, sooner or later (3 days for me) I get accustomed to the new time zone I traveled to and start anew.
Besides all of that, what I really like about sleep is all of those dreams I get and then during the REM Cycles the Boners I have! Like one every 90 minutes or so. Yes I do occasionally wake up with my Boner throbbing and oozing out that sticky stuff. Noting like having an enjoyable wet dream. Sometimes those wet dreams are about us, just like the recent picture you posted about that crazy Thursday night!
