Man oh man. Conor Oberst is so HOT!! It was so awesome to hear a band ive loved for almost 10 years perform live. Although I’m not too familiar with their newest album (I know, I’m a horrible fan), I did like all the songs they did. Jason hardly knew any of their songs but I think he had a really good time. That is until security dragged him out. Yea, for real, they did. A bunch of people were standing in our way, and he went and asked security if they could make them move. The security officer told Jason that since it was general admission, people can stand anywhere they want. So after not seeing most of the concert, he got pissed off, and just went up there to stand with those people. Then after like 2 minutes of him being up there, a security guard is telling him to sit down, and the next thing I know, the security officer is grabbing him by the neck, and slamming him down on the ground. This was during like the last song too. So even though the first 90% of the concert was awesome, I’m positive that me nor Jason will ever go to this venue again. The security was just mad that this was a mellow concert, and they had to go the whole show without being able to fight with anyone. I don’t want to go to a show that is full of steroid-fueled criminals as security, who want to use unnecessary force, and treat their customers like shit. How do they think they get paid?
