Thanks to an awesome friend, careful planning, and my abilities at being very frugal, me and Jason will soon be getting a new home!! The pic above is the model I’m hoping to get. In almost no time at all, we will be on the road, and coming to a town near you!! WE ARE SO STOKED!! The only thing we need to do before we get it, is sell the old, broke-down, world’s-largest-paperweight, motor-home that sits in Jason’s parents driveway now.

We will be going up to my mom’s house in Michigan this weekend, until next week. Since she lives to close to where most RV manufacturers are, we feel we can get the best deal in that area. Plus my brother’s and my mom’s birthdays are next week. It will just work out all around.

As an update on Jason’s damages from the concert in June: His doctor has finally made him feel like he actually cares about his back pain, and taking care of it. Rather than just masking it with pain meds. He will need another MRI so the doctor can verify what he thinks is wrong. So far, it seems to be nerve damage, and possibly some his rib-meat ripped from the bone. Now he just needs to find a lawyer to make that security guard pay for his medical treatment. But when it comes to being in pain, he is getting a LOT better. Just in time to get on the road.

So here is what I need from all of my blog followers. We will be starting out journey here in St. Louis. We consider ourselves to be like the 49ers. Leaving everything behind, to try to venture the wild to find better opportunity. Or rather, like Lewis and Clark, starting in St. Louis, the ‘Gateway to the West’, doing what very few our age are able to do.  So back to my point. I need my followers to tell us some cool places that we cannot miss. We plan to travel city to city, rather than set our destination at far away locations. So we are looking for cool stuff in the area, or towards the west. We really aren’t sure where to start yet, so this is where you can help.
