Our Plan To Travel Has Been Revised, Yet Not Completed

I have the Jeep back and paid for, and so far, everything is working fine. The total charges were about $2500, where I only had to pay about $700 of it for stuff that needed done but wasn’t covered. But now that the Jeep is back to fixed, what now? It’s getting so cold up north here, so the clock is ticking. Almost faster than what we can logically and realistically plan for. So we have rethought our plan, and it is quite complicated, yet not impossible.
The problem is that Jason’s merchandise that he sells, is in St. Louis. (He sells stuff on Amazon). To be qualified to sell through the holiday season, he has to sell 20 more items by the end of October. With him not having direct access to his merchandise now, his stuff is not up online. That is not good. In the meantime, up here around southern Michigan, there are a lot of travel trailers for sale, which is the reason we came here to begin with. So this is our current plan. Take the Jeep to St. Louis, testing out the new work that has been done to it. Get a U-Haul trailer to haul behind the Jeep, to get our stuff out of Jason’s parent’s house. This would also be a great pre-test for pulling a trailer with the Jeep. Then we would bring our stuff from Jason’s parent’s house, and store it at my mom’s here in Michigan for the winter, having access to all of Jason’s merchandise through the holiday season. Before winter hits, or even before we travel back to St. Louis, we would find a travel trailer around here, so we have a place to live through the winter, near or parked at my mom’s house. So this way, we can make money, and get rid of all of our merchandise through the winter. Then come spring, we will have little to no merchandise left, and we will be all set to travel all through the Spring, Summer and Fall of 2012.
There have been so many setbacks, but I think all of them should have been expected to happen. Nothing happens overnight, no matter how much planning you do. The biggest set back was being stranded here for a month waiting on the Jeep, and then those repairs.
